Food Dudes:
Every child in our school participated in the Food Dudes programme.

Food Dudes is a healthy eating programme that runs in schools all around Ireland. You eat delicious fruit and vegetables and see the adventures of the food dudes and general junk in the food dudes videos. you can also get prizes for tasting the fruit and vegetables.

 The fruit and vegtables such as:

·        Carrot Sticks

·        Green Beans

·        Red And Yellow Peppers

·        Bananas

·        Apples

·        Oranges

·        Grapes

                                                      

Their motto is:

"Keep General Junk at bay by eating fruit and veg each day".

Even though we have finished Food Dudes, let's keep eating fruit and veg!
